Digital Project Manager

HYBRID is a new breed strategic design & development powerhouse, where purpose meets performance. We're looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to our office in Tirat HaCarmel.
Role Overview:
Manage web/tech projects from planning to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met, while coordinate team efforts and collaborate with external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
* Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets
* Coordinate team activities and manage resources
* Communicate with stakeholders and provide regular updates
* Identify and manage project risks
* Ensure quality control and meet agreed specifications

Qualifications:
* 2+ years of project management experience in web/tech
* Proficiency with project management software
* Understanding of web development and agile methodologies
* Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Adaptability and attention to detail
This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
