We are looking for an experienced, self-driven and motivated Professional Services Team Lead to join our Delivery department !
Our Professional Services teams are responsible for the technical delivery to our customers by implementing Cyber Security solutions.

Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor and manage a team of talented Professional Services Engineers
Perform technical integration activities of the existing platform
Perform end-to-end test to verify the integration for product owner sign off;
Business analysis to ensure that product owners requirements are clearly understood;
Provide updates to Project Managers regarding the status of your project deliverables
Support operational team with integration and new requirements launches.
