• Actively search for and onboard new affiliates across different regions to expand the affiliate portfolio and increase sales potential.
• Manage day-to-day Affiliate Account operations: Push campaigns to affiliates and help them maximize the company's CR & ROI.
• Negotiate terms and payouts to ensure partner satisfaction.
• Manage affiliate billing on a weekly/monthly basis.
• Prepare performance reports, track, analyze, and forecast revenue opportunities from affiliates.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure company KPIs are met.
• At least 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in the online industry (e.g., Gaming/Forex) and managing large monthly budgets.
• Experience working with international companies/clients.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and sales skills.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and grow affiliate relationships in a competitive market.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Driven and results oriented.
• High level of English is a must.
• Arabic and other languages – an advantage.
