iCloudius is a boutique Cloud service vendor with mainly tech clients. We are a leading supplier of cloud-based enterprise software professional services, with expertise in the Salesforce.com, Hubspot Marketing and CRM and NetSuite platforms.
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment and Administrative Coordinator to support our talent acquisition efforts and manage various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills, enabling them to effectively engage with candidates and streamline office operations.
Recruitment Duties:
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
* Post job openings on various platforms and manage applicant tracking systems.
* Screen resumes and applications, conducting initial interviews to assess candidate fit.
* Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Administrative Duties:
*Provide administrative support when needed, including assistance in scheduling meetings.
* Welcome our guests in the absence of the office manager.
* Assist employees with their day-to-day requests.
* Coordinate office supplies and manage inventory to ensure a well-equipped work environment.
* Support the planning and execution of company events and Happy hours.
* Bachelor's degree (Required).
* Experience in customer service / recruitment positions (Big advantage).
* Experience with recruiting databases and Social Media recruiting platforms (such as LinkedIn Recruiter and more).
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication skills.
* High level of English.
