Hitachi Vantara is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Account Manager with a
strong hunter mentality to join our sales team in Israel. This role is ideal for a sales
professional who thrives on identifying and developing new business opportunities,
engaging prospective enterprise clients, and driving growth with innovative solutions
across IT infrastructure, storage, data management, and more.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect and acquire new customers, focusing on enterprise and mid- market accounts, in particular Hightech and Commercial accounts.
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: from initial outreach and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and position relevant storage solutions and more.
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations in coordination with pre-sales / solution architects
- Build a robust pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales and profitability targets
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, pre-sales / solutions architects, and other functions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
- Foster strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

דרישות התפקיד

- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, storage, infrastructure.
- Demonstrated success in hunting and closing new business
- Strong technical orientation and ability to understand complex IT environments
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and build long-term customer relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Engineering) – required
- Fluent in Hebrew and English
