What You'll Do:
• Be a strategic partner to our business leaders; support the Engineering department and provide HR guidance for managers.
• Develop and implement innovative HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives in various fields such as: training and development programs, compensation and benefits, succession planning, performance reviews and leadership development.
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle for the Projects department, from onboarding to career development and offboarding.
• Build strong relationships with employees and foster a positive work environment.
• Cooperate with talent acquisition to ensure that the hiring process aligns with the projects department's specific needs.
• Manages complex HR Projects.
Reporting to: VP Global Human Resources
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MA / MBA – an advantage
• 5 years of experience as HRBP supporting senior leaders in an industrial / engineering company.
• Experience working in a global organization and understanding of diverse cultures.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, positive can-do approach and commitment to driving organizational excellence.
• English – full proficiency
