Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on and analytical Operations Specialist & Sales Enablement to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the sales teams across business units—designing enablement tools, optimizing sales processes, managing data, and delivering training programs. You'll help ensure that our sales teams are equipped with the resources, insights, and consistency needed to succeed.
What You'll Do:
Enablement & Training: Design and deliver training sessions, onboarding content, and playbooks. Empower sales teams to adopt new tools and methodologies through clear communication, guidance, and follow-up.
Sales Process Optimization: Support implementation of consistent and efficient sales processes across business units. Work with sales leaders to align workflows and remove bottlenecks.
Data & Insights: Prepare sales reports, track KPIs, and analyze performance trends to identify actionable insights. Assist with dashboard creation and maintenance in tools such as Power BI.
CRM & Tools Management: Ensure accurate and complete CRM data. Support adoption of tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot. Coordinate with internal teams to improve tool usage and governance.
Team Collaboration: Facilitate knowledge sharing across sales teams and business units. Support weekly meeting cadences with materials, scorecards, and follow-ups.
Cross-Functional Projects: Partner with marketing, finance, and IT to support initiatives that impact the sales organization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields (MBA is a plus).
1-3 years of experience in sales/ sales operations/ business analysis, or enablement roles, preferably in a tech or B2B environment.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and office/BI tools (Excel, Google Workspace, Power BI).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver training and collaborate across teams.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, multi-unit environment with evolving priorities.
Proficiency in both Hebrew and English.
Nice to Have:
Experience supporting sales teams in a multi-division company.
Exposure to SQL or BI tools.
Familiarity with sales methodologies or process improvement frameworks.
