We’re looking for a driven, hands-on CRM Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team.
You’ll help shape and evolve our proprietary CRM platform, a core product deployed across five international client
locations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step beyond junior-level work and take real ownership
in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to enhance the functionality, usability, and
scalability of our CRM. You'll play a critical role in translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring
that our CRM supports operational success across regions and customers.

:Must-Have Experience & Skills
Experience 2-3 years as Product Management in a tech-driven environment •
Prior experience in gaming, gambling, trading, or fintech industries - MUST •
Strong knowledge of CRM systems particularly in internal product design or development •
Proficient with Figma for reviewing and contributing to user experience design •
Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, comfortable working in Scrum, Kanban setups •
Skilled in Jira, experienced in managing sprints and maintaining product roadmaps •
Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams •

:Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Gather and refine product requirements from internal stakeholders across marketing, operations, support, and tech teams
Maintain and prioritize the product backlog writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Collaborate with developers, QA, and design teams to deliver features using Agile Scrum or Kanban
Use Figma to review and iterate on UX flows, wireframes, and interface components
Participate in sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives to ensure consistent delivery and alignment
Monitor and evaluate CRM performance across client deployments, identifying areas for enhancement
Balance feature development with long-term scalability and product integrity
Support product rollouts, internal onboarding, and documentation
Stay informed on CRM best practices and trends in gaming, fintech, and related industries

:Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

Experience working with multi-tenant CRM platforms or B2B/B2B2C product setups
Familiarity with customer lifecycle tools, segmentation, automated engagement workflows
Background in data-driven decision-making and basic analytics or reporting tools
Understanding of the unique compliance and regulatory needs of fintech, trading, or gambling products
