Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator for Donor Relations plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's fundraising and stewardship efforts. This individual will provide administrative and operational support to the Development team, ensuring that donors receive timely, professional, and meaningful engagement. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping cultivate lasting relationships with supporters.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support – Provide daily administrative support to the Development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence, organize and maintain donor files, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Donor Support and Communication – Serve as the main point of contact for donor administrative assistants & staff. Facilitate smooth communication between internal leadership and donor representatives.
Database and Gift Management – Enter and maintain accurate donor information in the CRM/database, process donations, generate reports and assist with donor analysis.
Event and Meeting Coordination – Assist in planning and coordinating donor-related events, including receptions, site visits, and briefings, prepare materials for donor meetings, Manage RSVPs, guest lists, and post-event follow-up communications.
2+ years of administrative experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills.-
Bachelor’s degree preferred-
Proficiency in CRM/database systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser’s Edge, or similar) and-
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).-
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.-
Positive attitude and ability to work independently and collaboratively.-
