IT excellence analyst
תיאור משרה
- Ensure ongoing data collection, analysis, and reporting of IT performance metrics to management and stakeholders
- Manage and maintain KPI dashboards and measurement tools, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and transparency across the IT organization
- Design and implement measurement practice
- Own data collection, validation, and data quality
- Prepare and share dashboards to present project performance to management
דרישות התפקיד
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role , leading complex and cross-organizational control processes
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to interpret complex datasets and communicate insights clearly
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency with BI and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
