Fintech company in Herzliya is looking for Back Office &Operations position
A cross-functional Back Office & Operations role under the CMO, responsible for operational, financial,
and administrative management of Affiliate Marketing, User Acquisition, and cross-department
initiatives. The role ensures control, synchronization, and execution across multiple stakeholders.

דרישות התפקיד

• Up to 2 years experience in Administrative, Back Office, Operations, or Finance Operations role
• Excellent Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas)
• High level of English (written and verbal) – working with international affiliates and vendors
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with initiative
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
