ERP Back Office Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Specialist to own the end-to-end sales order lifecycle. In this role, you will serve as the critical link between Sales, Finance, and Operations, ensuring every order is commercially sound and financially compliant.
Order Lifecycle Management: Execute the full sales order flow within the ERP system, from initial validation to production/warehouse release.
Financial Alignment: Ensure strict synchronization between sales orders and approved budgets; monitor payment terms and credit limits.
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the focal point for credit approvals and financial clearances in collaboration with the Finance department.
Process Optimization: Create a "Fast Track" for orders by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, ensuring operational execution remains profitable and compliant.
