We are seeking a high-caliber Global Service & Customer Success Manager to lead our international after-sales operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for transforming traditional technical support into a proactive, revenue-generating engine. You are a strategic leader who isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty, blending high-level account management with "boots on the ground" execution at water treatment plants and infrastructure sites worldwide.
Core Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Lead and scale global service operations, ensuring maximum system uptime and strict adherence to SLAs across diverse international water projects.
Commercial Growth: Drive business expansion by identifying and executing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, including O&M contracts, chemical supply, and system retrofits.
Unified Customer Experience: Establish global service standards and high-touch success strategies to maximize client retention and long-term partnership value.
Data-Driven Leadership: Implement advanced CRM tools and predictive maintenance dashboards to track KPIs, monitor site performance, and drive strategic decision-making.
Crisis Management & Field Execution: Act as the primary escalation point for complex technical or operational crises, providing real-time solutions and leading on-site interventions when necessary
