We’re looking for a sharp, organized, and execution-focused Business Operations Manager to join our team at Commit. This pivotal role connects Product, AI, Sales, Delivery, and Finance, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
You will own the operational system that converts WW leads into well-managed delivery, improves utilization and profitability, enforces governance (QBRs, retros, KPIs), and leverages automation and AI to scale processes. This hands-on role also includes coordinating product processes, tracking financial performance, and supporting Product and AI teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead operations: intake/routing/ownership, SLA tracking, CRM hygiene (HubSpot/Teams), and smooth handoffs to Sales, AM, and PM.
Drive delivery excellence: process improvement, dashboards/KPIs (utilization, margin, forecast, risks), and automation/AI-driven reporting.
Manage assessments/POCs: oversee E2E execution (timeline/quality/budget) and weekly customer + sales status updates.
Additional scope: collections visibility with Finance, outsourcing ops, invoice approval automation, and ensuring QBRs/retrospectives are executed with actionable follow-up.
BSc in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related operational/analytical field
5+ years in operations in software/IT services/professional services
High proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and project management tools (Trello/Jira).
Cross-functional leadership, high execution discipline
Experience with automation/AI tools is a plus
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills in native-level English.
