Grants and Donor Relations Manager

Leket Israel is seeking a Grants and Donor Relations Manager to oversee overseas grant fundraising during a maternity cover period. This role is responsible for managing the full grant cycle, including developing, writing, and submitting grant proposals for overseas funding. The role also involves managing a small team and coordinating closely with internal departments and external partners. The position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable managing multiple deadlines, working with financial and programmatic data, and liaising across teams in both English and Hebrew.

Main Areas of Responsibility:
• Line management of two grant writers, including task allocation, guidance, and review of work.
• Review, edit, and finalize proposals and donor reports prior to submission.
• Maintain and support relationships with existing donors and liaise with funders as required.
• Oversee donor reporting cycles, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions while maintaining accurate Salesforce records on interactions, deadlines, submissions, and financial data.
• Monitor grant income and expenditure in line with donor requirements, using Salesforce to track and report on grant activity and financial data, and work closely with the Operations Manager to align budgets and supporting information for proposals and reports.
• Gather programmatic and impact data from staff and managers across the organization, working closely with operational teams to ensure accurate and compelling reporting.
• Support fundraising colleagues and other staff in developing and tailoring funding requests as needed.
