This role can be based at Ashdod or Tel Aviv office and works with hybrid structure.
Key Responsibilities
•Process customer transport orders via TMS Systems generate truck / train loading lists and perform quality checks on all entries.
•Organize truck / RCO orders, manage purchase entries, and participate in daily planning meetings.
•Handle urgent updates, manage seal/movement tracking from/to all ports and depots in Israel, and oversee "First Mile" auto transport operations.
•Verify customs documents, manage customer/supplier communications, and organize train folders for tracking.
•Ensure high accuracy in internal systems by auditing data, modifying entries, and bridging info between TMS Systems and manual files.
We are looking for:
•Previous experience in end-to-end transport processes from order handling and rail coordination to documentation and data accuracy
•Detail-oriented and organized
•Skilled to ensure smooth export / import operations
•Effective communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders while securing compliance with operational standards.
•Proactive team player with a passion for logistics and process optimization
