About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in backend development (Python, Django) and frontend development (React, Next.js). You will be joining Bridgify to build and scale our B2B2C travel and lifestyle platform, powering white-label solutions and Merchant APIs for global loyalty programs, banks, and fintechs.
This role requires a balanced, product-minded engineer who is comfortable owning features from end to end, taking them from database design to delivering polished user experiences. You will play a key role in scaling our core platform, managing complex global inventory, and integrating advanced AI capabilities into our product flows.
At Bridgify, we operate with an "AI development first" mindset. You will be joining an R&D culture that heavily leverages AI agents and automated workflows to accelerate delivery, meaning you will spend more time architecting solutions and reviewing logic than manually typing boilerplate code.




Key Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python and Django.
Build modern, highly responsive frontend applications using React and Next.js.
Own features from initial API design to final UI implementation, ensuring strict alignment with product strategy and business value.
Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into user-facing features and backend workflows.
Adopt an AI-first development workflow, actively using tools to accelerate R&D velocity and maintain high code quality.
Optimize platform performance to seamlessly handle large-scale global inventory and high-volume partner API traffic.
