Housing Inspector

Experience:
Three years of experience as an engineering or maintenance inspector in a major maintenance trade is required.

Education Requirements:
Two years of college studies in practical engineering.

Languages:
Good working Knowledge (speaking/reading/writing) in English.
Fluent (speaking/reading/writing) in Hebrew OR Arabic is required.

Skills and Abilities:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows: Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point.
Must have had an Israeli class "B" driver's license for a minimum of two years.
The incumbent is required to work after hours or on weekends on an as-needed basis to address emergency housing issues.
