Office & Operations Manager
We are a Tel Aviv biotech startup decoding DNA to pioneer personalized nutrition and longevity therapies. To keep our team focused on extending human life, we’re looking for an Office & Operations Manager who will be the heartbeat of our workspace and the ultimate link between Leadership, Finance, and HR.
What You’ll Do:
Own the Space: Create a vibrant, seamless workspace our team loves coming to.
Drive Culture & HR Ops: Partner with HR on onboarding, happy hours, and well-being.
Bridge to Finance: Manage vendor contracts, invoices, and monthly expense reporting.
Support Founders: Clear administrative roadblocks and manage schedules.
What We’re Looking For:
Startup operations/admin experience with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
Fluent Hebrew and high-level English.
Strong multi-tasking skills and tech-savviness.
