We are a Tel Aviv biotech startup merging biology and data to pioneer personalized medicine and longevity. As our IT Specialist, you’ll be our go-to tech expert, ensuring our infrastructure, systems, and team run without a glitch so we can focus on extending human life.
What You’ll Do:
Empower the Team: Provide hands-on tech support (hardware, software, networks) for our scientists and engineers.
Manage Environments: Own user management in Google Workspace and Azure, while keeping our workstations secure via EDR systems.
Optimize Infrastructure: Handle onboarding tech setups, troubleshoot network issues (VPN, DNS, DHCP), and collaborate with external tech vendors.

Tech support/IT experience, ideally within a tech or startup environment.
Deep familiarity with both macOS and Windows.
Hands-on knowledge of Google Workspace, Azure, and network protocols.
A proactive problem-solver with a strong service-oriented mindset.

The Details: Tel Aviv (5-min walk from Azrieli train), Sunday–Thursday, full-time, on-site.
