• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data scientists—fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence
• Guide team members’ personal and professional development
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and drive data-driven solutions
• Recruit and retain top-tier talent as the team grows
• Research and develop ML models using cutting-edge techniques across a range of domains
• Generate new ideas and insights to improve performance and deliver business value
דרישות התפקיד
• 6+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, including building and deploying models that support live products
• 1+ year of experience in a leadership role (Team Lead / Tech Lead / Project Lead)
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven track record of leading data science projects from concept to production
• Proficiency in Python and standard data science tools and libraries
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to choose the right ML approach for various business challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• A proactive, delivery-oriented team player
• Experience working with large-scale data sets—an advantage
