HW Board Design Engineer (Embedded Systems)

About the Role
Telefire is looking for a talented HW Engineer to join our HW and Embedded team. In this role, you will design and develop a wide range of Telefire’s HW products for life-safety, embedded control, and communication systems.
This role is ideal for an independent and hands-on engineer who is comfortable taking on end-to-end responsibility as a key contributor in a small, collaborative R&D team.

What you will be doing
Own end-to-end hardware design of embedded system boards
Design analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits in industrial control systems
Perform board bring-up, validation, and debugging of complex issues
Design with focus on robustness, manufacturability, and long lifecycle
Support production, testing, and field issue analysis when required
Improve and maintain existing designs with minimal risk and backward compatibility
