· Architect & Pioneer: Take ownership of a PoC-level architecture and evolve it into a production-ready, highly scalable NMS capable of monitoring and configuring massive-scale networks.
· Drive AI-Powered Innovation: Assimilate AI methodologies into the development lifecycle and later into the product’s capabilities (e.g., predictive analytics, intelligent monitoring).
· Set the Standard: Establish NMS engineering best practices, design patterns, and methodologies across Exaware from day one.
· Build the Pipeline: Design and implement a modern CI/CD delivery pipeline incorporating automated unit testing, static analysis, and security guardrails.
· Collaborate on Vision: Partner with the CTO, system architects, and QA teams to translate disruptive ideas into concrete, high performing and quality code.
דרישות התפקיד
· Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience developing complex Network Management Systems (NMS) or equivalent large-scale distributed systems - ideally with a track record of building products from scratch.
· Technical Stack: Deep expertise with Docker, Telegraf, InfluxDB, and Grafana (TIG stack), alongside building modern DevOps toolchains.
· AI-Driven Development: Proven experience utilizing AI coding assistants and AI tools to accelerate product development, automate testing, and conduct security scans.
· Education: BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical field.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Leadership: Experience leading, mentoring, or guiding junior developers as the team expands.
· Domain Expertise: Familiarity with network devices, routing protocols, and the open-networking ecosystem.
· Coding: Solid experience with Python and Ansible.
