RF Design Team Leader, you will bridge the gap between high-level architectural requirements and flight-ready hardware. You will lead a talented team of engineers through the full lifecycle of RF development—from initial concept and simulation to space-qualification and high-volume production. Your focus will be on delivering robust, high-efficiency RF solutions (beamformers, LNAs, PAs, and converters) that can withstand the rigors of space while being optimized for large-scale manufacturing.

Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (M.Sc. or Ph.D. preferred) with a focus on RF/Microwave engineering.
Experience: 10+ years of hands-on RF design experience, with at least 3+ years in a formal leadership or management role.
Technical Mastery: * Proven track record of designing RF subsystems from 1 GHz to 30 GHz (VHF/UHF, S-band, Ku/Ka-band).
Deep understanding of GaN/GaAs technology, impedance matching, filter design, and frequency synthesis.
Experience with high-speed SerDes and digital-RF interfaces.
