Leket Israel is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team and support our online donation platform
This is an in-office, part-time position with a 4-day work week. Working hours are 6 hours per day between 14:00 and 22:30.
As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide support via phone and email to donors and users, assist with technical issues, and ensure a smooth and positive User Experience on the website.
Native-level English (spoken and written) mandatory
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
