Tech Project Manager

• Reporting directly to the VP of Projects

• Responsible for leading complex projects end-to-end

• Lead and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, from initiation through to delivery and customer acceptance.

• Collaborate closely with the Operations department to expedite procurement and production processes, ensuring alignment with customer timelines.

• Interface daily within a matrix structure across various departments, including R&D (Hardware, Software, Mechanical), Operations, Production, and Management.

• Manage direct customer relationships, including expectations, progress reporting, crisis resolution, and presenting project milestones/plans.

• Oversee risk management, budgeting, scheduling (Gantt), and resource allocation.
