DevOps Team Lead
תיאור משרה
- Manage a team of DevOps engineers, supporting their professional growth, setting methodologies, and prioritizing tasks
- Own, maintain, upgrade, and monitor our modern production and non production environments based on high traffic cloud infrastructure
- Act as a bridge between R&D, Architects, and Product teams to align infrastructural capabilities with business needs
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices to shorten delivery cycles, ensuring consistent infrastructure management and automated, reproducible deployments across all environments
- Build and manage infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, Serverless architectures, Microservices, and Terraform
דרישות התפקיד
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer in high-scale cloud environments
- Deep production experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Solid practical background in managing and maintaining Linux environments
- Extensive experience with AWS infrastructure and cloud services
- Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Prior experience as a DevOps Team Lead, or strong experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
- Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (such as Prometheus, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically Terraform
- Strong communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and proven leadership capabilities
