Ramdor, part of Top Group, develops a cloud-based platform for managing complex construction, engineering and infrastructure projects. The platform supports hundreds of projects and hundreds of thousands of users across safety, quality, scheduling, document management, budget control, business processes and field operations.

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead and manage core product domains within a complex B2B platform, from identifying customer needs through launch, measurement and continuous improvement.
Location: Tel Aviv

Responsibilities:

-Own multiple product domains, including roadmap planning, prioritization and day-to-day product decisions
-Lead product initiatives from discovery and definition through development, launch, measurement and iteration
-Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI and business teams
-Develop a deep understanding of users, business processes and field workflows
-Work directly with customers to identify needs, challenges and new opportunities
-Identify and implement practical AI use cases that reduce manual work and simplify complex processes
-Define requirements for APIs, integrations and data flows with external systems
-Use data, user feedback and customer insights to guide decisions and measure success
