3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
Strong hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (GCP – Must).
Proven experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, GKE – Must), especially in large-scale, multi-cluster environments.
Solid experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD – Must).
Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools Terraform/ Terragrunt -must , Crossplane - advantage).
Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana- must , Loki - advantage).
Strong scripting skills (Bash or similar) / program languages - advantage.
Interest or experience in leveraging AI to improve DevOps workflows and system reliability.

At least 4 years experience focused on DevOps Engineering and Site Reliability – Must.
Linux/Unix and bash scripting – Must.
Experience in AWS / GCP / Azure cloud infrastructure production – Must.
In-depth knowledge of build/release systems CI/CD pipelines.
In-depth understanding of public cloud and application architectures and technologies – Must.
Hands-on experience with Docker (K8s orchestrators) – Must.

DevOps Engineer - First DevOps Engineer
Experience: 4+ years of DevOps / Cloud Engineering experience, ideally in fast-paced startup environments. Experience being an early/founding DevOps engineer is a massive plus.
AWS Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience designing and managing production environments on AWS (ECS/EKS, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, S3, etc.).
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Extensive production experience with Terraform (or OpenTofu).
Containers & Orchestration: Solid proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes.
CI/CD Expertise: Hands-on experience with modern CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD).
Security-First Mindset: A strong foundational understanding of cloud security, network security, least-privilege access, and data protection.
