* ניסיון בעבודה / ניהול - תמיכה והדרכת משתמשים.
* אנגלית הרמה גבוהה.
* שליטה ב SAP ובמודולים פיננסיים.
* מינימום 5 שנות ניסיון ביישום מודולים ועבודה עם מערכות SAP.
* עדיפות לניסיון בעבודה בארגון גלובלי.

AeroCRSAeroCRS is being used in the aviation industry since 2006, providing an excellent, innovative and very user friendly PSS, that is being used by over 50 airlines from all over the world.
The system includes inventory management, reservations and flights management, fares management, B2C, B2B, DCS, FFP, full reporting center, BI Dashboard, API for 3rd party integrations including GDS, OTAs and much more.
We are looking for a hands-on support for our customers which are the airlines and our partners.
The services must be scalable and up 24/7, hence this would be an exciting and challenging job for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
Partner with our clients to help them operate the system to achieve peak performance.
Operate as the lead point of contact for any & all matters specific to your clients, including escalations.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to synthesize feedback and adjust plans accordingly.
Set and maintain goals with clients.
Travel the world and train our system

Online media experience and ability to manage strategic client relationships.
Ability to effectively manage time and influence decision-makers Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written & verbal) at all levels of an organization
Identify and leverage trends and new opportunities within industry of expertise/focus Strong analytical skills preferred
World travel is required almost once a month
Perfect English writing and speaking, additional languages are an advantage.
Working is not always 9-17, we also cater for off hours, therefor the ability to work some of the days from 14-21 should be an option.
