Reports to: CRM Team Leader
Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'Ayin
What will you do?
Configuration of Salesforce objects, fields, flows and other components according to business requirements and design.
Data Migration
Integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications, such as ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, or external databases, to ensure seamless data flow and process automation
Performing various types of testing, including unit testing, integration testing to ensure that the Salesforce solution meets quality standards and fulfills the business requirements
Creating documentation such as user guides, technical specifications, and training materials to support the implementation and future maintenance of the Salesforce solution

What should you have?
3+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
Skilled with complex flows and data migrations
Experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud
Experience in supporting and training system users.
Must be a team player
Fluent in English – a must.
Experience with FormTitan – an advantage
Salesforce Admin certification - an advantage
