As the Head of Product Management, you will play a crucial role in leading our product management teams to success. Reporting directly to the VP of Products, you will oversee the execution of product strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a group of product managers, providing guidance and support in setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and resolving challenges.
Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, advocating for the needs and preferences of our target audience.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product management.
Drive the development of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track products performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional team leads, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to align product development efforts with company objectives.
Work closely with stakeholders, ensuring that the products meet the business needs and expectations.
Communicate product updates, milestones, and priorities to senior leadership.rent B2C & B2B industries.
