Job Overview

As an System Professional Services within the Hybrid Cloud Group, you will play a critical role in managing a team of experts who deliver customized technical solutions to our diverse clientele. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure successful integration and utilization of our company’s products within our clients’ existing tech ecosystems and processes. You’ll work closely with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to drive project success.

Responsibilities

1. Requirements Gathering and Solution Design:

Conduct thorough requirements gathering, analysis, and design for projects.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Design appropriate technical solutions that align with client objectives.
2. Project Management:

Oversee technical projects from conception to completion.
Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting client expectations.
Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
3. Client Communication and Value Proposition:

Communicate the value of our services both internally and externally.
Build strong client relationships by understanding their business goals and challenges.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations.
