You can Expect:
Providing technical support and guidance to Strauss's employees who are experiencing issues with business applications (SAP, Priority, Salesforce, etc.).
Gaining a deep understanding of how Strauss's application systems work.
Performing troubleshooting to application issues.
Providing support over the phone via remote access.
Working with a ticketing system to responded to users incidents and document the handling.
Writing training manuals and Knowledge articles (KB).

דרישות התפקיד

Experience Required:
Experience in providing customer service.
Experience in application support, junior implementation or system analysis – a significant advantage.
Knowledge of information systems.
knowledge of ERP systems (SAP / Priority) - an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field - a significant advantage.
Service oriented, high-level communication skills.
Hybrid role with willingness to work evening and night shifts including Saturday night.
