Dynamics CRM Project Manager

iCloudius is a boutique Cloud service vendor with mainly tech clients.
We're looking for an experienced project manager to manage and deliver CRM projects on the Dynamics CRM platform.
The job includes both project management skills (such as customer management, timeline and task management, budget management etc.) as well as hands-on technical implementation knowledge on the Dynamics platform.
What will you do:
- Manage and design Dynamics projects in various fields.
- Proactively identify and implement operational improvements, enhancements, and system customizations that meet business requirements.
- Working closely with stakeholders and end users to identify, document and communicate business processes as they relate to Dynamics.
דרישות התפקיד
BA / B.Sc. Industrial engineering, information systems management or equivalent.
At least 2 years of experience as a project manager in Information system technologies.
At least 2 years of experience with the Dynamics CRM platform- Mandatory.
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Experience with CRM applications
High proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking).
Self-learning abilities, systemic vision, good interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team.
