Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the IT, managing IT Tier 3 incident and problems.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT professional, provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Manage IT infrastructure including operating systems, databases, email servers, cloud services, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Monitor system and network performance and implement upgrades or patches to maintain optimal functionality.
Implement IT policies, procedures and routines.
Collaborate with various departments to understand their technology needs and align IT resources accordingly.
