A growing tech company is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.
This role involves managing complex hiring processes for key positions across the organization, including senior leadership roles and various corporate functions.
The position requires full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle, close collaboration with senior management, identifying top talent in a competitive market, and creating an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end management of recruitment processes for senior leadership roles across R&D, Product, Data, DevOps, IT, and more
Close partnership with hiring managers and cross-functional collaboration across departments
Active sourcing through LinkedIn, professional networks, GitHub, Slack communities, and more
Management of ATS systems, generating reports, and analyzing recruitment metrics to improve processes
Responsibility for Candidate Experience and initial onboarding processes
Providing support to the tech recruitment team when needed
3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 1 year recruiting for management/executive-level roles – mandatory
Proven hands-on sourcing and recruitment experience (not just CV screening) – mandatory
Experience conducting HR interviews
Strong familiarity with the tech industry (programming languages, roles, organizational structure) – significant advantage
Full proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing tools
Experience working with ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Comeet, Lever, etc.)
High-level English proficiency – mandatory
Relevant academic degree (Behavioral Sciences / Psychology / Human Resources / Technology)
Location: Ramat Hahayal, Tel Aviv (hybrid work model)
