Staff Benefits Delivery Partner – Israel

What You’ll Do:
Partner with internal teams, external consultants, and vendors to implement benefits changes and new programs accurately.
Resolve escalated benefits issues quickly, ensuring credibility and a seamless employee experience.
Provide subject matter expertise in healthcare and retirement programs.
Support audits, process improvements, and automation initiatives.
Collaborate with Payroll, IT, and HR to ensure accurate employee data and system integrations.
Participate in enrollments, system testing, and benefits communications.
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience managing benefits programs.
Strong project management, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple initiatives.
Expertise in HRIS/payroll systems; Workday experience preferred.
Deep knowledge of health and retirement benefits, regulations, and compliance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
Proficiency in Excel.
