We’re a small start up company based in Tel Aviv, working closely with international partners,
and we’re looking for a reliable, proactive Office Administrator to join our team - 2 days a
week (40%)!
This role is ideal for someone who loves order, enjoys supporting people, and knows how to
make an office run smoothly — with precision, discretion, and a can-do attitude.
What you’ll do:
- Provide on-site operational support for the office
- Support teams and managers with day-to-day needs
- Work with vendors and suppliers
- Handle invoices, reports, and payments
- Manage employee onboarding processes
- Organize happy hours, birthdays, vouchers, and team activities
Must-haves:
- Previous experience in office administration or operations
- English - fluent (written and spoken)
- Full proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MAC OS)
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to details
- High level of professionalism
- Proactive, positive, and able to work independently
