A global company is looking for a Head of Control. In this role, you will lead the control domain both professionally and personally – combining hands-on engineering work with team leadership, technical ownership, and execution responsibility. This role is ideal for a strong control engineer who wants to stay deeply involved in the technology while leading people and projects.
What you’ll do:
• Be directly involved in hands-on control development for new and existing products
• Design, implement, and review PLC code according to specifications and best practices
• Lead the control software architecture and system-level design decisions
• Design and implement communication networks and integration with multiple subsystems
דרישות התפקיד
Requirements:
• BSc in Electronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent military experience
• 7+ years of proven hands-on experience in industrial automation controllers programming
• Proven experience in a leadership or technical lead role, with hands-on responsibility
• Strong system-level understanding and multidisciplinary integration capabilities
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem - solving approach
• High level of ownership, initiative, and ability to lead while executing
• Lead, mentor, and grow the Control Engineering team while remaining an active technical contributor
• Manage task planning, priorities, and execution across multiple projects
