The Operations and Unit Coordinator is responsible for the internal coordination, administrative oversight, and day-to-day operational flow of the International Office. This role ensures that activities across the office run in an organized, timely, and structured manner, and supports the Head of Office in the implementation of projects and ongoing operations.
The position serves as a central coordination point between office staff, academic departments, and administrative units, with responsibility for faculty coordination, budget tracking, and cross-office initiatives.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Education Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in administration, operations, or project coordination (preferably in higher education or an international environment).
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and stakeholders.
High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Experience with budget tracking and administrative financial processes – an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with academic and administrative staff
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
