Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office & Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical to supporting our day-to-day operations, managing merchant onboarding, and maintaining strong coordination with our payment partners.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in the payments industry, is highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily and weekly operational reporting (volumes, approvals, performance tracking)
• Own and execute the merchant onboarding process end-to-end
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across CRM and internal systems
• Coordinate closely with payment providers and partners to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing operations
• Monitor onboarding progress and proactively follow up to prevent delays or bottlenecks
• Support internal teams with data, updates, and operational insights
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in a back-office / operations role (preferably in payments or fintech)
• Proven familiarity with the payments ecosystem (PSPs, acquirers, onboarding flows) – must
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to work with external partners
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
