AI Cybersecurity Compliance & Operations Associate

We are an AI Security company based in Jerusalem, developing advanced solutions for securing and governing enterprise AI usage.
We are looking for a motivated and organized team member to lead and manage our ongoing SOC 2 Type 2 compliance program while working closely with teams across the company.
The role includes maintaining company policies and procedures, tracking compliance controls, coordinating evidence collection, and ensuring continuous readiness for annual external audits. This is a cross-functional position involving regular collaboration with Development, QA, Support, Sales, Marketing, and Management teams.
This position is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow beyond compliance into broader business operations, customer-facing activities, and future business management or sales-oriented responsibilities within a fast-growing AI cybersecurity company.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company’s SOC 2 Type 2 compliance process
Track compliance controls and ensure ongoing evidence collection
Maintain and update company policies and procedures
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure compliance requirements are met
Prepare materials and documentation for external audits
Help improve internal operational and business processes
