Sachlav, a leading company in the field of educational tourism and international programs in Israel, is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Jerusalem.
This is a key role within the Sales Department, with responsibility for leading and growing sales for Sachlav’s major international programs, including:
Birthright Israel 10-Day Programs
Birthright Israel Volunteer Programs
Onward Programs
Masa Programs
We are looking for a motivated, organized, and results-driven person with strong sales abilities, excellent English, leadership skills, and the ability to manage processes from beginning to end.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead sales activity for Birthright Israel 10-Day Programs, Birthright Israel Volunteer Programs, Onward Programs, and Masa Programs.
Oversee leads, inquiries, follow-ups, registrations, deposits, and participant conversion.
Work closely with internal and external sales teams, including sales representatives, call centers, recruiters, and international partners.
Build and improve clear sales processes for tracking leads, statuses, conversions, and targets.
Take responsibility for meeting monthly, seasonal, and annual sales goals.
Use company systems and platforms, including CRM tools, Taglitom, ClickUp, and other internal systems.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, analyze data, and present updates to management.
Develop and maintain relationships with partners, organizations, communities, and relevant contacts abroad.
Represent the company in meetings, conferences, recruitment fairs, and partner visits in Israel and abroad.
Serve as a key point of connection between the Sales Department and the Operations, Education, Placement, and Administration teams.
Continuously improve sales, service, communication, and follow-up processes.
Previous experience in sales — required.
Experience managing a sales team or leading sales processes — a strong advantage.
Excellent English — required.
Hebrew — required.
Ability to work with international markets, especially North America.
Willingness to work hours that may overlap with the U.S. market when needed.
Willingness to travel abroad for work, including partner meetings, conferences, recruitment fairs, and market development.
Experience working with CRM systems, lead management tools, and sales reports — an advantage.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well with different teams across the company.
Familiarity with Birthright Israel, Masa, Onward, educational tourism, or Jewish/Israel programs — a strong advantage.
