Administrative Assistant | CX Engineering | Part-Time | Hybrid

We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the CX Engineering leadership team in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.


What you'll do:
• Provide administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support tech events, employee engagement activities, and internal communications.
• Assist with organizing offsites, happy hours, team events, and day-to-day operations.
• Work with procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, POs, vendors, and invoices.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense tracking.
• Manage registrations for training sessions and technology events.

דרישות התפקיד

• Experience working in a high-tech or global corporate environment is a must
• Experience managing calendars and coordinating meetings.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Quick learner, proactive and able to quickly take on new responsibilities.
• High service orientation, excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Good English, including professional written and email communication.
