Proofreader & Marketing Operations Support

A global beauty and haircare brand is looking for a Proofreader & Marketing Operations Support Specialist to join its Marketing team in Rishon LeZion.
What you'll do:
Proofread and edit English content for packaging, labels, artwork, and marketing materials.
Review product descriptions, usage instructions, ingredient lists, and other packaging information.
Ensure accuracy and consistency across materials according to global brand guidelines.
Review translations against English source files.
Edit and annotate Word and PDF files throughout artwork approval processes.
Maintain and update product data in the ERP system.
דרישות התפקיד
Requirements:
Native English – a must.
2+ years of experience in proofreading, copy editing, content editing, or a similar role.
Excellent English grammar, spelling, and attention to detail.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Word.
Experience with Adobe Reader annotation tools.
Packaging / artwork experience – a strong advantage.
Experience in beauty, cosmetics, CPG, or an advertising agency – an advantage.
Highly organized, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
