We are looking for a result-driven Sales Director Africa (French speaker) to lead and execute complex government sales processes in the region, manage relationships with partners and customers and drive revenue growth.

What will you do?
• Plan and execute account specific sales strategy, in line with company’s strategy.
• Manage long and complex sales processes start-to-end, including direct customer engagements, channel management, negotiations, and closure of new business contracts.
• Build and manage a solid multi million dollars pipeline and actual business revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within partner and customer organizations.
• Excel our value proposition, present and conduct product demonstrations to different audiences - customers, partners, technical and political stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry and regional news to continually improve sales performance and contribute to company's growth.

What are we looking for?
- Minimum 2 years of Africa experience
- 2+ years in B2G sales leadership
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) - mandatory
- Native-level French proficiency - mandatory
- Willingness to travel frequently - mandatory
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, results-oriented, and dedicated work ethic
- Superior interpersonal and communication abilities for effective customer interactions.
