About the Role
Looking to drive AI transformation at a global enterprise scale? We are seeking a high-caliber Technical Operations Project Manager to serve as the strategic right-hand partner to the Head of the AI Center of Excellence at a leading global enterprise software company.
This is not a traditional administrative PMO role. You will drive company-wide AI transformation, build governance models, track high-impact KPIs, and present directly to global senior leadership (VPs & C-Level).
What You Will Do
• Drive AI Strategy & Execution: Lead cross-functional programs, roadmaps, and technical project dependencies across global R&D, IT, and Business Units.
• Executive Governance & Reporting: Build Jira workflows, KPI tracking mechanisms, and executive-level presentations for C-Level leadership.
• Accelerate AI Adoption: Drive change management, enablement activities, and track business value and adoption metrics across the enterprise.
• Risk & Blocker Management: Proactively identify project bottlenecks, technological dependencies, and operational risks.

Requirements (Must Have)
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in Tech PMO, Program Management, or BizOps in a global Software/SaaS company.
• Executive Presence: Proven track record of working directly with Directors, VPs, and C-Level stakeholders.
• Technical & Process Mastery: Deep experience with Jira workflows, KPI frameworks, and executive dashboards.
• English: Native-level or fluent written and verbal English skills (working daily with global stakeholders).
Significant Advantages
• Previous experience in Strategy or Tech Consulting (e.g., EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, Tefen, TASC, Accenture).
• Practical experience or familiarity with AI / GenAI tools, agents, and automation platforms.
• Proven experience in leading organizational Change Management and technology rollouts.
